Isla would later tell Marie Claire that meeting Sacha was like “winning the lottery.” She said their relationship was built on “a shared sense of humor and a willingness to get married.”
Cohen told The New York Times in October 2020, “I knew immediately. I don’t know if she did. It took her about twenty years to figure it out.”

The couple welcomed their first daughter, Olivia, in October 2007. They also welcomed their second daughter, Elula, in 2010, and their first son, Montgomery, in April 2015.

The couple tied the knot in March 2010 in a private ceremony in Paris.
Isla revealed that she converted to Judaism to honor her then-fiancé before getting married.
