Several dental experts spoke Hello! Magazine this week and made some educated guesses about what procedures the Hollywood star, 56, may have undergone.
A cosmetic dentist, Dr Sam Jethwa, said: ‘Looking at Nicole’s previous photos, we can see that her upper gums are visibly showing which can make the teeth appear smaller.’
Based on that, Jethwa suspected that Nicole looked as if she had undergone gum contouring, a procedure that uses a high-powered laser to sculpt the size and shape of the gums.
Meanwhile, dentist Dr. Richard Marques opined that Nicole “has had her teeth straightened and whitened and may have had some natural-looking veneers.” As a dentist, I think her smile looks beautiful and yet has a lot of character.’

“Honestly, I’m completely natural,” she told Marie Claire at the time.
‘I wear sunscreen and I don’t smoke. I take care of myself. I’m very proud to say that.’
However, in 2011, she admitted to getting Botox during an interview with German magazine TV Movie.
“I’ve tried a lot of things, but other than exercise and good nutrition, most things don’t make a difference,” she said.
‘I even tried Botox, but my face no longer looked nice afterwards. Now I don’t use it anymore and I can move my forehead again.’
