Talk about a gut renovation.

Erin Napier, co-host of HGTV’s “Home Town,” took to Instagram Tuesday to showcase her husband Ben’s fitness journey — proudly displaying his slimmed-down appearance.

“[Ben] got hardcore about his health and fitness last winter ahead of his big shoulder surgery that was in March so he could sleep better on his back and lower his BP,” Napier, 37, wrote on Instagram.

The post, set to the tune of “You Don’t Mess Around with Jim,” by ’70s crooner Jim Croce, shows her hunky hubby, 39, wearing a tan suit with matching loafers and a blue shirt.

Responding to his wife’s post, the HGTV star asked “What ya think, @people? Can I make the top 50 again? That’s my real motivation,” referring to his 2021 feature as one of People’s 2021 Sexiest Men Alive.

The Post has reached out to the Napiers for comment.

Napier began his weight loss journey in 2018 when he revealed that his father had gone through emergency bypass surgery — one month before his 60th birthday in 2014.

Since then, the hunky house-flipper said being around to watch his daughter, Helen, grow up has provided the motivation he needed to keep off the extra weight.

“Suddenly, this problem that seemed so far from me was standing right in front of me,” Napier wrote in an Instagram post. “Although I have made efforts to eat healthy and to exercise, it never seemed more real until I held this blue-eyed girl that is equal parts Erin & me and a whole lot more than I deserve in my arms.”

Talking with the TODAY show in 2019, Napier said bringing his newborn daughter home really opened his eyes to the benefits of losing weight.

“Bringing Helen home and getting to experience those first few weeks with her and seeing how fast things change with children, it got my attention,” explained Napier. “She was different every day, and I want to experience as much of her life as possible. I want a long life so I can be there for Erin and Helen.”

“I’ve got two daughters, one on the way,” Napier said in a “Home Town” episode right before his daughter’s birth. “I am getting older. I’m trying to take a little bit better care of myself.”

In March 2023, Napier’s wife posted a photo of her husband posing with comedian Jay Leno, revealing that he had lost 65 pounds.

Since posting about her husband’s incredible transformation, several Instagram users have congratulated the TV star.

“So impressive and inspiring! Great job,” said one user.

“So inspiring!! Glad you’re getting the message out that you can take control of your health,” said another.

“Maybe Ben should share how he did this! Many men need encouragement and not nagging,” said a third user.
