Helen Skelton is reportedly dating again, one year after her ‘trust was broken’ by ex-husband Richie Myler.
The television presenter, 39, announced her split from England and Leeds Rhinos rugby league star Richie, 33, in April last year.
Helen, who shares sons Ernie, eight, Louis, five, and 16-month-old daughter Elsie with Richie, is now ‘reluctantly dipping her toe back into the dating pool’.
A source told OK! magazine: ‘After her trust was broken, she’s nowhere near ready for an all-in long-term romance.
‘But she’s not closing herself off to anything anymore. She’s open to new adventures in all respects and is making it her aim to say ‘yes’ to more things that excite her.’

Helen is also moving on from Richie by putting the marital home they once shared on the market.
A source told The Mirror: ‘Helen has moved on with her life and feels it’s time to start with a clean slate.
‘She’s put the house they shared on the market and is looking for a new place she can move to with the kids in the coming months.’
Since his split from Helen, Richie has gone on to have a baby with new girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill, 32, the daughter of Leeds Rhinos president Andrew.
Former Strictly Come Dancing star Helen and Richie married in 2013 and moved into their Yorkshire property together seven years later.
The ex couple poured cash into a various renovations on the property until they split last year.
Months later, Helen appeared on Celebrity Yorkshire Auction House and said she’d ‘sold a load of stuff’ as she cleared her life out.
It comes after Helen enjoyed a break with her girlfriends, sharing photos of her island hopping trip on Tuesday as she celebrates her upcoming 40th birthday.
The Strictly star flaunted her tanned figure in a skimpy pink bikini as she enjoyed a spot of paddle boarding in the waters of Formentera.

The day before the group were on neighbouring island Ibiza as Helen shared another snap of herself, this time in a leopard print bikini as she headed to the beach.

The trip appeared to be an early 40th birthday celebration for Helen as her friend captioned the snaps ‘Birthday Queen’. Helen’s big day is on July 19.
Helen recently revealed her hilarious response to being asked whether she has a boyfriend , proudly sharing her choice of comeback in an interview with Grazia .
She complained that, during her time hosting Blue Peter between 2008 and 2013, her love life was always brought up by pals rather than her personal accomplishments.
Helen said: ‘I was travelling all around the world, and seeing and doing incredible things. And whenever I came home and caught up with people, all they would ask is, ‘Have you got a boyfriend?’ I was like, ‘No, but I’ve got a few world records!”

In the same interview, she detailed why she doesn’t need any sympathy in the wake of her split from Richie.
The TV personality was asked about her tricky time raising three children on her parents’ farm after moving from Leeds to Cumbria following the separation.
Choosing not to discuss her split from Leeds Rhinos star Richie in any length, she simply said: ‘My life’s no different to millions of other people’s lives.
‘Lots of people have the same sorts of things to look after and sort out. I think life is fun, and short, and wonderful, and you just take each chapter as it comes along. There’s no point overthinking stuff, you just get on with it.’
