Gwyneth Paltrow gives fans tour through her fridge which contains her own Equi Tea, Goop eye masks and Cameron Diaz's wine – despite going on social media 'break'

Gwyneth Paltrow is not only opening up her Montecito guest house on AirBnB, but she has also opened up her refrigerator. 

The actress, 50, is taking a personal break from social media, but shared the ice box tour on Goop’s Instagram page Friday.

The influencer was dressed in white shorts with a white sleeveless sweater. Her long blonde hair was styled in loose waves and she wore natural looking makeup.

Gwyneth explained in a video that she had gotten a lot of questions about what’s in her fridge from her fans, ‘I guess this is a trend,’ she said explaining why she decided to open the door on the contents of her shelves. 

Some of the items in there include her own Equi Tea and Cameron Diaz’s wine. And she had some of her GOOP skin products in the fridge too.

‘I’m not gonna lie,’ the Oscar winner said as she opened the immaculate appliance, ‘I cleaned it up before I invited you in here, but this is really the kind of stuff that I have in my fridge.’

She began describing the multiple dairy products.

‘Heavy cream, there’s half and half, there’s regular milk plus almond milk. Span the spectrum of milks here in the old Faltrow-Martin house.’

There were several containers of Horizon organic half-and-half next to small bowls of berries.

Gwyneth shares the refrigerator and her home with her husband, Brad Falchuk, 52, and her children, Apple Martin, 19, and Moses Martin, 17, from her marriage to Chris Martin, 46. 

‘I have some of my favorite drinks up here,’ The Politician actress said, pointing to the top shelf filled with a variety of bottles and cans. 

She had Kombucha from Yerba Mate Tea, as well as LaCroix sparkling water in two flavors, Italian Pellegrino water, Fever Tree tonic water, cans of Cameron’s Avaline wine, Japanese beer by Sapporo and Kirin and other organic soft drinks.

And Stonyfield yogurt could be seen on a lower shelf.

‘You can see I got my little tinctures, my son loves coconut water,’ she said.

‘This is my favorite iced tea brand,’ she pointed out referring to cans of Equi Tea.

Gwyneth co-founded the company with Baltimore-based entrepreneur Quentin Vennie in 2020.

The teas are infused with herbal blends designed to ‘Recharge,’ Recover,’ and  enhance ‘Focus.’ 

The camera then shifted to a lower shelf which contained ‘coconut yogurt, which I love.’

In a tutorial from last year, the lifestyle guru explained that when she was dating Brad, she would make him breakfast every Saturday morning, and continued the tradition after they married in September 2018.

The Avengers: Endgame star turned her attention to the door’s top shelf next.

‘Here’s a great hack, is to keep your eye masks in the fridge. It feels amazing and cool and helps with the de-puffing.’

She also keeps her ‘incredible peptide serum, of course,’ next to the eye mask, explaining, ‘I put it on in the morning and in the evening before I go to bed.’

As she wrapped up the ‘fridge tour,’ the Iron Man star asked her fans if they felt they had gotten to know her ‘any better?’
