During his time at Green Valley, Koustav’s academic excellence was recognized with the Pearson Excellence Awards for Southeast Asia in June 2021. This award recognised his exceptional results across multiple subjects. Moreover, his leadership as a Student Council Representative, experience as Head Student, and involvement in extracurricular activities, such as coaching younger students in football, showcased his commitment to personal growth and community engagement.

“I think the biggest thing that Green Valley offered me was opportunities to do different things like MUN Conferences or even joining drama or theatre activities. And with those opportunities, I also started learning about what I wanted to do and what I felt passionate about. That way, school really helped me grow into the person that I am today. And I’m really glad it did,” shares Koustav, reflecting on his time at Green Valley.
