Bec Judd has denied claims her employees were not invited to a lavish 10-year anniversary celebration for her Jaggad brand last month.
The 40-year-old and her label co-founder, fellow VAG star Michelle Green, celebrated the occasion with a lavish dinner at Melbourne restaurant Reine & La Rue and a trip to the ballet.
They were joined by Betz’s celebrity pals, including former VAGs Nadia Bartel, Kylie Brown and Jerry Jones, as well as stylist Lana Wilkinson, make-up artist Chantelle Baker, fashion designer Effie Kats and radio star Lauren Phillips.
After the event, The Herald Sun falsely reported that “hard-working” staff at Jagad were not invited to the festivities, and that Bec and Michelle hosted a “low-level” lunch instead.
Bec has since dismissed the claims via Instagram Stories, sharing a screenshot of the article and saying: “Too bad the staff weren’t invited.”

“Oh please (eye emoji). Yes they are. If you had bothered to ask us, we would have told you,” she wrote.
‘The fact that journalists can just make (incorrect) assumptions and print it as if it were true is WILD.’
Beck and Michelle spared no expense at the evening’s event, splashing out thousands of dollars on a luxury carriage to transport the group to Her Majesty’s Theater in Melbourne to watch the Australian Ballet’s performance of Swan Lake.
Betz hit back at the claims via Instagram Stories, sharing a screenshot of the Herald Sun article and captioning it: “Too bad the staff weren’t invited.”

Premium tickets for the show cost around $200.
Photos also show the group dining on a sumptuous spread including $200 steaks, $26 chocolate brownies and $450 glasses of Veuve Clickuot champagne.
The ceremony was also attended by Becky and Michelle’s husbands, sports stars Chris Judd and Stephen Green, who also helped found Jegad in 2013.

Jaggad was founded in 2013 and has become one of Australia’s trendiest leisure brands.
Betz, who lives in a $7.3 million mansion in affluent Brighton, Melbourne, told the Herald Sun May “loves” to see the success of her label after years of hard work.

“It’s a real local brand in Melbourne and I love seeing people all over Melbourne wearing it,” she said.
“It’s not easy, but 10 years in it is good, really good.”
Rebecca went on to say: ‘The essence of the Jaggad brand is the unstoppable woman and to be unstoppable we have to embrace imperfection.’
