Celebrated Tanzanian actress and model Nelly Kamwelu has revealed to the whole world that she is a member of the LGBTQ community.
The sassy queen who is also a former Miss Universe Tanzania revealed this in a latest post on her Instagram stories, where she penned a long message openly asking her girlfriend to forgive her.

This after Nelly Kamwelu did something that made her leave her, and she clearly regretted the mistake asking her to take her back.
According to the actres Huba series actress, the main problem is her selfishness, that sometimes makes her put her own feelings ahead of her lover’s.
“APOLOGY LETTER TO THE ONE I TRULY AND GENUINELY LOVE AMBPBL. I honestly don’t know where to start, cause I’m not so good at this but there are few things I would like you to know.
First AMB I don’t want you to ever doubt my love for you. I’m crazily, madly and dangerously in love with you to a point I sometimes lose my head when I feel I’m about to lose you.
It’s not that I can’t understand you or your emotions, but it hurts me that sometimes you think i don’t at all care about you, your feelings, your emotions, your heart…I really do, but the problem here comes when I become selfish and want to be understood first, and when i don’t get that I tend to simply say hurtful things and do things that bring even bigger problems and it just brings us back instead of moving forward…” Nelly Kamwelu said in what is now a deleted post.
She added in part:
“ROHO YANGU, MOYO WANGU nakuomba tafadhali nisamehe mimi kwa kila kitu nilicho kukosea kwa maneno na vitendo vyangu. Nakuomba rudisha moyo kwangu. Cause you do know when we are good, we are simply the best.
Binadamu kuna kukosana na mimi nimekukosea sana Roho yangu. Nitaendelea kujifunza zaidi namna ya kujishusha kwako na kukuweka moyo wako ukae sawa na uwe na amani. Sitaki kabisa kukupoteza Roho yangu…”.

Nelly Kamwelu also accompanied the long post with some photos of herself with her girlfriend.
In one of them she even left her face open for the first time, after hiding it for the longest time using a face mask.
The photos however had some cartoonish filter, and therefore it was still not easy to figure out the full identity of her lover.

Troubles in the relationship of Nelly Kamwelu and Amb Pbl have however arisen just few months after they took their relationship to a higher level.
The couple got engaged less than a year ago, and it was infact the sassy actress who announced the big news to her hundreds of thousands of social media followers.
Taking to her Instagram account at the time Nelly Kamwelu shared a short video clip, that showed a beautiful ring that was on the fourth finger of her left hand.
The Huba series actress further accompanied the video with a long caption saying how she was proud of being with her lesbian lover.
Nelly Kamwelu also said that she was waiting eagerly for the day when the two would get married and have their family.
“The moment I met you, I knew I was in love ✈️ ❤️, like an angel had sent you from up above. The connection we shared grows everyday, a strong bong that no one can ever take away. I love everything about you baby ✈️. I love you so much and miss you like crazy 🥺. You are the one who holds my heart’s key 🔑 and you know that we are meant to be 🤞🏽. You make me feel happy, content, special and free…” she wrote in part.
Nelly added:
“Now I’ve got you and I’ll never want anyone new. I promise you, baby I’ll always be true. I cannot wait to settle down in our 🏠, to become your wife and have children of our own. The day I become your wife 👰♀ will be the happiest day of my entire life!…”
