EXCLUSIVE: Million Dollar Listing's Josh Flagg is on the hunt for luxury mansions to the tune of $15million after scooping up properties in Miami and Beverly Hills as the reality star builds his real estate portfolio

Million Dollar Listing star Josh Flagg is far from done building his impressive real estate portfolio. 

Sources tell DailyMail.com that Flagg, 37, is shopping around the Beverly Hills and Bel Air neighborhoods and has put in offers on homes in the $13-$15million price range. 

Flagg currently resides in ultra-pricey Bel Air and is now bicoastal after snagging a stunning home in Miami just last month.

While Flagg has made several offers on multiple homes for up to $15million, he has yet to close on a new estate.

The Mediterranean-style villa boasts a spa, cabana and pool and expansive outdoor area across 3,309sqft.

The deal came two weeks after Flagg split with husband Bobby Boyd after five years of marriage. 

He spends most of his time these days in a 7,500sqft, six-bedroom, seven-bathroom Bel Air home. 

‘It’s got a tennis court, pool, two guest houses and is in a great location in lower East Gate, Bel Air,’ Flagg told People last month.

Page Six reports that Flagg offered close friend Tori Spelling to stay in his Bel Air home while he was in Europe on vacation, but she chose to leave. 

Spelling has been spotted staying in motels and RVs with her children recently after evacuating her home due to an alleged mold infestation. 

She and her kids reportedly only stayed at Flagg’s home for six days and then went to a motel before he returned from a two-week vacation. 

Flagg, who is with Douglas Elliman, has been on Million Dollar Listing LA since it first aired in 2006. 

He is the grandson of Edith Flagg, the Austria-born American fashion designer, executive and philanthropist who fled the Nazis and was known for introducing polyester fabric to the US in 1967.
