Terrell Suggs has been arrested and booked into jail, records show Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office show.
Suggs, a former NFL star and two-time Super Bowl winner, was charged with assault and a public order offense.
Online police records do not reveal whether a bail amount has been set for Suggs.
Suggs, 41, was also arrested in 2016 for driving with a suspended license, police said at the time.
He was reportedly involved in a car accident and fled the scene before being taken to the Scottsdale City Jail and later released.
