Ex-KTN Journalist Lands New Role At TV47 A Month After Calling It Quit With The Station

Ex-KTN news anchor George Maringa has announced to the whole world that he has landed a new role at TV47.

The hunk announced the big news earlier today via a post on his Twitter account, where he penned a message saying:

“Tonight, a new journey begins…Join me on -tv47news The Home Of Untold Stories”.

George Maringa further shared his latest photos, showing how he had posed while in the TV47 studios.

According to reports, the media personality will now be hosting a show dubbed ‘Daily Report’, which will be airing every Tuesdays.

George Maringa will also be co-hosting a segment dubbed ‘People’s Say’ with fellow TV47 journalists Linda Alela and Victor Muyakane.

The segment will give a chance to citizens to air their views and ask questions to their elected leaders.

George Maringa has actually joined TV47 just a month after he called it quits with the Standard Group-owned TV station KTN.

The hunk announced his resignation from the popular news network in early June, and his exit came after working there for nearly six years.

In a statement, Maringa bid his former employer goodbye and expressed excitement for the next phase of his life.

According to reports, Maringa’s journey in the media began in 2017 when he joined the Standard Group PLC as an intern.

The hunk worked as the network’s first ever reporter based in Meru County, and he covered various stories from Tharaka Nithi, Embu, Meru, Marsabit and Isiolo among other areas.
