The estate of late Euphoria actor Angus Cloud is still facing financial claims against the actor for money allegedly owed more than six months after his death.
Cloud died on July 31 at the age of 25 at his family’s home in Oakland, California, of an accidental overdose of methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl and benzodiazepines, authorities said.
In the latest claim against the estate, a former assistant to the actor, who played “Fezco Fez” O’Neill in the HBO series, says in court documents reviewed by The explosion said they were owed a total of $310,000 for their work for Cloud.
According to the outlet, the assistant had filed a creditors’ claim with the court seeking an inventory of the money owed to them for their previous work.
The creditor said in court documents that they were not paid for their work between September 2021 and July 2023, which totaled $115,000.

The assistant also told the court that Cloud owed another $80,000 in outstanding commissions, based on 10 percent of Cloud’s revenue, bringing the total to $195,000.
The assistant noted a number of sponsorship deals that Cloud had with companies including Fila, GMC, Marc Jacobs, Ralph Lauren, Reebok, Raybans, Rockstar Energy and others, recording payments of $6,500 in connection with the aforementioned business agreements.
In their legal filing, Cloud’s assistant included a screenshot of a text message they had with Cloud’s mother Lisa Cloud about the actor owing them money, in addition to their concerns about his battle with substance abuse.
The assistant wrote to Lisa in the text messages, also in the court documents: “He knows I’ve had enough. We’ve been arguing all the time lately about the fact that I’m always telling him things.’
Lisa said in response, “Me too. I always tell him that if you take care of the things you need to do, no one has to “whine!” I think the amount of medication he takes all day immobilizes him in every way.
“If he wants you to do that much for him (and he does), he should pay you a month’s salary of an assistant before he loses your friendship in a major blowout. I completely understand your friendship.”
The assistant placed an exchange with Angus, who admits he had no money to pay them at the time.
The text read: ‘My fault, you just said you have no bread. I can’t have my business patna here lightly.’

This is evident from court documents obtained by The explosion Last month, Verizon Wireless claimed that Cloud had made a debut of more than $4,000 in what was the third creditor claim filed against Cloud’s estate since his July 31 death.
Verizon Wireless alleges that Cloud purchased goods and/or services totaling $4,282.70 and was unable to pay before his death.
The creditor’s claim was against the actor’s mother, Lisa, who filed for control of his estate last year and requested to become the sole executor of his estate because he died without a will.
This claim comes after the actor’s former manager, Diomi Cordero, alleged in another lawsuit that Angus owed him nearly $95,000 in unpaid commissions.
Cordero claimed that Angus stopped paying commissions “without any basis” long before he died — claiming the actor owed him $94,770 in unpaid commissions for multiple Hollywood jobs.
Documents showed that Cordero and Angus had entered into an agreement whereby the latter would pay the former’s 10 percent commission – but the late star broke the contract in early 2022.
The filing alleged that the ex-manager “had a record of (Angus) making numerous commission payments to him until he ceased making such payments without any basis.”
The document further stated that Cordero “engaged in bona fide settlement negotiations with (Angus’) legal representative, and that a formal settlement agreement was circulated but not agreed to or executed.”

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Verizon Wireless claims Cloud has debuted more than $4,000, which is the third creditor claim filed against Cloud’s estate since his death on July 31. He was photographed in Paris in June 2022.
Among the payments allegedly owed were a $17,500 payment from Angus’ Ralph Lauren fragrance gig, a $15,000 debt from Euphoria season two, and a $15,000 payment from a partnership with Atelier Luxury Group.
In November, Cloud’s estate was sued JP Morgan Chase Bank who claimed that he owed them $9,056.11.
The claim was filed by the bank on Monday, November 27, and served on Cloud’s mother Lisa. The legal documents state that the “deceased purchased goods and/or services totaling the amount owed.”
Lisa estimates that his personal assets are worth about $1,000,000.
She writes in a court document: ‘Angus Cloud was a young, successful actor, best known for his work in the HBO series Euphoria.
‘After his death, he was involved in a number of agreements that require immediate supervision, management and enforcement
‘Based on a review of a number of existing agreements, (Lisa) believes that Angus has transferred certain rights to (a lending company), including, but not limited to, certain intellectual property and/or name, image and likeness rights , as well as his right to income.’
It was noted that Cloud “had completed an acting job shortly before his death, but may not have signed all applicable agreements.” These require the immediate attention of the company and/or estate in order for the project to move forward with the required rights.”

In addition to his work on Euphoria, Cloud had previously appeared in films such as 2023’s The Line opposite John Malkovich, 2021’s North Hollywood and in the TV series The Perfect Women.
He had also appeared in music videos for Becky G & Karol G’s Mamii in 2022; and in Juice WRLD’s Cigarettes in 2022.
At the time of his death, Cloud had a number of projects in the works, including two unreleased films, according to iMDb, including a horror film titled Your Lucky Day and an Oakland-based drama titled Freaky Tales, starring Pedro Pascal and Ben Mendelsohn. . He was also linked to the movie Scream 6.
