Eiza Gonzalez stepped out in public for the first time since she was mocked for claiming she missed out on film roles because she was “too pretty.”
The actress and singer, 34, hit the red carpet at a screening of her new Netflix sci-fi series 3 Body Problem at Frameless Immersive Art Experience in London’s Marble Arch on Wednesday evening.
Eiza twirled on the carpet in a long silver dress with stripes and black details, paired with a pair of classic black stilettos.
The Mexican native accentuated her beautiful features with glamorous makeup and looked undeniably stunning as she led the way at the premiere.
However, it comes shortly after Eiza insisted her natural looks have hindered her acting career as she has been told she is ‘too pretty’ for certain roles.

Eiza indicated that her good looks have hurt her career, although many fans seemed to think the lackluster chances had more to do with her talent.
In a new interview with In style Eiza said: ‘I remember being told for so many projects, “She’s too beautiful for the role. She’s too attractive for the role.”
‘Then I would say: what is Margot Robbie? She’s the hottest, most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen in my life!’
She said Latinas are held to a different standard, and claimed she was having an “identity crisis” and even considered shaving her head in an attempt to boost her prospects.
But after the interview, many skeptical fans took to social media to express their surprise, writing, “She can’t get out of a paper bag!”
“No, she just stinks of acting.” and “Damn, just like behave better.”
“I have another idea why she wasn’t getting roles,” someone else chimed in.
A number of comments suggested that Margot Robbie and Scarlett Johansson’s careers were flourishing despite their good looks.

Many had trouble believing that this was the reason she missed out on roles: “That probably never happened.”
Yet another commenter called the actress “vain,” while someone else pointed out that she also probably “got a lot of roles because she’s beautiful,” not in spite of it.
In the interview, Eiza talked about how she considered shaving her head.
‘I thought, “Am I shaving my head? Am I making myself less attractive? Am I making myself more attractive? Am I not dressing super hot or covering myself up all the time?”
Despite her claims, Eiza landed a role in 3 Body Problem, in which she plays Augustina ‘Auggie’ Salazar, which is released on March 21.
Earlier this year, Eiza also appeared in an episode of Mr. & Mrs. Smith starring Donald Glover, a remake of the film that famously launched Brangelina.
Her first English-language project was From Dusk till Dawn: The Series, which ran from 2014 to 2016 on the El Rey network

3 Body Problem is the second live-action adaptation of the original book, following the 2023 Chinese television series.
It was created by David Benioff and DB Weiss, the creators of Game Of Thrones.
