Cara Delevingne made her West End stage debut in Cabaret on Thursday, but her friend, musician Leah Mason, says the top model was always destined to tread the boards.
“Cara doesn’t get nervous,” says Leah, who performs under the stage name Minke, at the gala evening at the Kit Kat Club in London. “She’s a professional.”

“She has always acted and sang since school, and has been doing it for years,” Leah adds. “She was born to play Sally Bowles.”
Cara, whose godmother is Dame Joan Collins, was joined at the gala night by friends including Peaky Blinders star Anya Taylor-Joy and Fleabag creator Phoebe Waller-Bridge.
