Drake’s Los Angeles show almost didn’t happen due to logistical problems – as he tells crowd to ‘keep your bras on’ because his son was watching him perform for the first time

For Drake, the show must go on and that is exactly what happened in Los Angeles on Saturday night.

His Blur tour was set to play the first of four dates at the Kia Forum when a snafu hit the production.

When Drake took the stage, he explained to the audience that production issues nearly canceled the show, but he insisted they figure it out so that he didn’t have to cancel on the capacity crowd.

The Hotline Bling rapper, 36, said there were issues with setting up his elaborate stage and his crew recommended the cancelation.

He told his crew to find a way to make it work and they did.

Drake’s August 6 show in Memphis was postponed for similar logistical issues when it was determined there was no way his stage would fit in the city’s FedEx Forum.

And it is a good thing the show happened as the Rich Flex singer’s son Adonis, five, was in the house and it was the first time he saw his dad perform.

At one point, the Toosie Slide singer serenaded his young son.

Typically at Drake shows, fans throw their bras and other undergarments onstage. When that started happening on Saturday night the Canadian put and end to it.

‘I can’t talk about t***ies tonight in L.A. because my son is at the show for the first time ever.’

‘So we’ve got to keep this real PG tonight. Y’all keep your bras on,’ he added.

Drake and his opening act 21 Savage performed until almost midnight after starting the show late.

During the concert, the God’s Plan hitmaker told the audience that L.A. was like a second home to him.

He added that the City of Angels has a special place in his heart and he didn’t want to let his L.A. fans down.

Drake’s L.A. show on Saturday came just a day after he shared a sweet snap of himself unbraiding Adonis’ hair.

His adorable little mini-me held on to a basketball while his father attended to his hair.

The Way 2 Sexy crooner shares custody of Adonis with French artist Sophie Brussaux.

Sophie and Drake occasionally give shout-outs to each other on social media, as they co-parent Adonis, though they are no longer dating.
