According to reports, all domestic battery charges against Indianapolis Colts tight end Drew Ogletree have been dismissed due to “insufficient evidence.”

Ogletree, 25, faced two felony charges after his arrest in late December: “domestic battery resulting in moderate bodily harm” and “domestic battery committed in the physical presence of a child under 16 years of age.”

The Colts star, who was also placed on the NFL commissioner’s exempt list after his arrest, was accused of “bodyslamming” the alleged victim to the ground during a dispute over his broken phone.

Yet according to Fox 59On Tuesday, the charges against Ogletree were dismissed “with prejudice” – meaning they can no longer be brought to trial.

In a motion to dismiss filed by the state of Indiana, Hendricks County Prosecutor’s Office officials say subsequent interviews revealed “information and evidence that was not provided to law enforcement authorities on the evening of the alleged incident.”
