Seasoned media personality Hassan Mugambi of Citizen TV and his fiance Mwanaidy Shishi are reportedly planning to tie the knot in a Muslim ceremony next month. Word has it that the wedding ceremony, famously known as Nikah in Islam, will occur on June 9 and 10 in Kibra where Hassan was brought up.
A source close to the couple told Nairobi news that the two have been dating for over a year. “The couple have been dating for over a year and are very excited about the two-day wedding. Plans are already underway,” the source said.
Mugambi and Shishi have children from their previous relationships. The couple made their affair public a few weeks ago.
Shishi displayed her engagement ring to announce that she is off the market. They have also been sharing couple goals on social media, leaving their fans in awe.
Before Mugambi introduced his fiance to the public, he was very private about his love life. He kept many people guessing about his relationship status.
The celebrated journalist only flaunted his daughter on social media. But ever since he made it known that he is dating, he has been exchanging endless PDAs with his fiance.
