Brown was rumored to co-host DWTS with Kruger last year, but according to The Sunday Telegraph, he missed the opportunity due to a “miscalculation” over his contract.

TV bosses were ‘forced to extend invitation to Somers’ after misjudging Brown’s start date at Channel Seven.

Brown officially joined Seven in July last year – which was too late for the show’s producers, BBC Studios, to start filming.
