Britney Spears’ ex Sam Asghari showed off his ripped physique in a new Instagram post, which documented him getting ready for the Hollywood Beauty Awards.
In the footage, uploaded to his social media account on Monday morning, the 29-year-old actor could be seen standing in the shower completely naked as he rinsed off.
Afterward, the Iranian-American model, who has appeared on shows like Hacks and Black Monday, wrapped a white towel tightly around his chiseled torso.
The recording went on to show the star brushing his teeth and giving his dog, Porsha, a sweet kiss on the head, before putting on a Balmain suit.

Once he arrived to the red carpet, Asghari appeared completely in his element while posing for photographers and giving onlookers a friendly thumbs up.
His post comes just a month after a source told Us Weekly that his former spouse ‘feels manipulated and betrayed by Sam’ following the recent end of their 13-month marriage.
As the pair go through the process of legally separating, the insider revealed that Spears is beginning to embrace the single life.
‘As far as dating goes, Britney just wants to enjoy her freedom and meet hot guys — that seems to be the priority,’ the source said. ‘[But] it’s hard to know what Britney really wants down the line — it changes so frequently.’
Following the collapse of her marriage, she is now considering reconnecting with several of her family members despite famously being at odds with many of her relatives over her conservatorship.
It has been reported that Britney had been spending time with her brother, Bryan, in recent days, with an insider telling the site she has ‘always been close’ with her sibling.
The Lucky singer is also contemplating repairing her connection with her mother Lynne Spears.
‘Now that she no longer has Sam to rely on, Britney’s more open to possibly repairing things with her mom,’ an insider said.

‘She’s not sure they can ever fully recover, but she’s open to it.’
As for her father Jamie Spears, the insider says Britney has no plans of ever reconciling with him.
‘Britney has no intention of reconciling with her dad,’ the insider said. ‘Jamie is the last person she’d ever turn to. He will more than likely never be a part of her life again.’
Her inner circle currently contains several friends and her team, including Cade Hudson, her longtime manager. ‘Cade is probably her closest confidante right now,’ the insider said.
The pop star has been spending time with her bodyguards, drivers ‘and dancers who are either on the payroll or want to be,’ the insider said. ‘The most tragic thing of all is that there seems to be nobody capable of really helping her.’
Britney has also been keeping busy, with her memoir The Woman In Me set to be released in a few months and some new music in the works.
‘The songs will be about freeing herself from negativity and unhealthy people,’ the insider said.

DailyMail.com confirmed previously that Asghari and Spears had gone their separate ways after a ‘nuclear argument’ that saw him confront his wife over rumors she was unfaithful. It is unknown whether the rumors are true.
Asghari was said to have believed the rumours Spears was unfaithful, with the pair having a ‘huge fight’ and Asghari moving out of their home and now living in a place of his own.
The pair wed in June 2022, but had been together since 2016.
In the wake of her breakup, Spears has reportedly ‘been getting close’ with a man with an extensive criminal record who once worked as her housekeeper.
The Grammy-winning singer, has ‘formed a close bond’ and been ‘spending time since her split’ with her one-time housekeeper, identified as Paul Richard Soliz, 37, a source told Page Six on Thursday.
The source told the outlet they were ‘concerned’ about the developing relationship between Soliz and Spears.
