Boxing bad boy Jarrell 'Big Baby' Miller 'ARRESTED for carjacking and burglary with assault' after 'choking a car dealership employee' – days after his biggest payday yet on Anthony Joshua undercard

Jarrell Miller was reportedly arrested Tuesday afternoon for an alleged carjacking without a firearm or weapon and burglary with assault or battery.

According to news network WSVN, Miller was arrested by police in Hollywood, Florida, after he was accused of assaulting a car dealership employee and then disappearing in a Dodge Ram pickup that was recently seized.

Police reportedly said Miller was unaware there was a tracker in the truck, leading him to be located and arrested later that day.

The 35-year-old heavyweight boxer allegedly placed the employee in a chokehold and knocked him to the ground before taking his keys and fleeing the scene.

Miller is being held on a $30,000 bond at the Broward Sheriff's Office in Fort Lauderdale – after having a hearing Wednesday afternoon, according to reports.

The fight was aimed at helping Miller get his life back on track after he was handed a two-year ban in December 2020 following four positive drug tests in a 12-month period.

Miller was scheduled to fight Anthony Joshua for the Briton's IBF, WBO and WBA heavyweight titles on June 1, 2020 at Madison Square Garden.

However, Miller failed a series of Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA) tests in late March and was given a six-month ban as a result of his doping.

Eddie Hearn decided to switch Miller – who tested positive for human growth hormone, EPO and GW1516 – and put Joshua in touch with Andy Ruiz instead.

However, Ruiz stunned the world by brutally stopping Joshua in the fight on June 1, 2019, taking Joshua's heavyweight titles.

Interviewed on Mail Sport podcast The Hook, Miller has said that Joshua is still 'bitter' and that no one 'cares about Joshua in America.

When asked if Joshua is still bitter about Miller, the American said: “He's definitely still bitter about that, but it's so funny that you lose to someone who doesn't hit as hard as me, not as big as me, not as hard as me. mean as I am, short notice and he smoked you.

'I have a better chin than Andy, I think. If that guy did that to you, imagine what I would do to you in my hometown (New York). Mentally it makes you look at AJ – even from that day – he never came back to America. He did not attempt to return to America.

“So that shows me you have no confidence, your team has no confidence, the American market isn't really your thing and no one gives a damn about AJ in America.

'Even if English fans were a bit fed up with him, I get DMs all the time saying: “Kick his a** I'm from England”. I have it all the time and I'm like, “s** *”.

Miller added that Joshua shouldn't be mad at him for “taking a punch” from another man, and said he would be open to fighting the Brit down the stretch.

He said, 'As soon as he wants to step in that ring, I'll get him. I don't understand how you can be laughed at by another man. Why should you be mad at me? You should have shown up no matter which man was standing in front of you.

“But I feel like Eddie (Hearn) was angrier than anything. I also had a contract with Eddie, so if I had won he would still have had more money in my pocket, so I understand why he is angry.

“He had both of us locked up, so no matter who won or lost, he was stuck. He had nothing to do with Andy. So Andy shouted and grabbed his oars.'
