Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund have reached an outline agreement on the loan of Jadon Sancho until the end of the season.
There is willingness to get a deal done, but the clubs say important details still need to be resolved.
Dortmund are still hoping to have Sancho at their warm-weather training camp in Marbella next week, but there is no guarantee the loan will be completed this weekend.
The deal will reportedly cost Dortmund around £2.6 million and as of Thursday only tax details remained to be sorted out, the German newspaper said Image.
Sancho joined Manchester United for £73m in 2021 but has not featured since August after being banned from Erik ten Hag’s squad.
