If you are a social media user you must have come across Muigai Wa Njoroge and Ben Githae at some point. Both are Kikuyu gospel musicians who have moved from grass to fame through hard work and determination within the shortest period of time.
Some hours ago Ben Githae posted saying that Muigai had called him and he wanted them to have lunch together since it was a long time since they had a chat. Ben asked Muigai Wa Njoroge where he has been because nowadays he very unavailable. Muigai replied on this with a Kikuyu proverb saying that whoever lives alone do not fight with people.
He went ahead and told him that he might be alone but that doesn’t necessarily mean that he is lonely. Ben Githae has therefore asked his followers to learn the art of hibernation which is the point where they will be able to meditate and always come back strong. Do you agree with Muigai Wa Njoroge that whoever stays alone has no war with anyone.
