Bella returned to Instagram on Friday after a one month hiatus from the social media platform, with her last post being shared on her main page on August 24.
Also earlier last month, the model opened up to her followers about battling a bad flare up with Lyme disease – which she has been suffering from since 2012.

Bella had penned, ‘the little me that suffered would be so proud of grown me for not giving up on myself.’ She also sent gratitude to her mother for being by her side every step of the way.
While detailing the downs of battling the disease, she stuck to a positive mindset by adding, ‘I am okay and you do not have to worry,’ and ‘I wouldn’t change anything for the world.’
The star wrote, ‘The universe works in the most painful and beautiful ways but I need to say that if you are struggling- it will get better. I promise.’
