Sally went on to her mother’s room and snooped around looking for some evidence. She wanted to discover if her mother was really suffering from brain tumor and to her shock, she discovered some pills which her mother had been taking. She then immediately connected to what Becky had told her about her mother’s operation and the realization that she had been booked for an operation and that she had secretly organised for Sally to be transferred to another hospital. To confirm her doubts, she used her friends connection and soon, she came to realize everything was the truth.
Angry, she stormed to the house and comforted her mother. She actually demanded her mother to revoke her transfer and have her reinstated to the hospital since she has already discovered the truth. But Martha convinced Sally that she is not sick at all. She also told her that the revoke of the transfer will not be possible since she has already made other big steps for Sally. At that time, she handed Sally an envelope which contained admissions papers at an overseas university. There, sh would undergo her postgraduate studies and also secure employment in an abroad hospital. This, left Sally in tears of joy.
