Australian actor Josh Lawson cut a solemn figure on Sunday as he took his dog for a walk on the Gold Coast in the wake of his shock cheating scandal.
Last month, Daily Mail Australia exclusively revealed that Lawson strung a besotted influencer along for a year after sparking up a holiday romance in Bali and introducing her to his ‘daddy dom’ fetish, only for her heart to be broken after discovering he already had a long-term partner, Rebecca Moore.
During his lonely day out, the Mortal Kombat star, 42, looked unrecognisable with a very bushy beard.
He dressed casually for the outing in a pair of blue shorts teamed with a white T-shirt and trainers.
At one point, he was engaged in a long intense 40 minute photo call.

Lawson has kept a low profile since his cheating scandal with a social media influencer called Fina came to light.
Fina, who is from Brunei and lives in London, met Lawson on the holiday island while she was moving on from her divorce.
She told Daily Mail Australia how she first matched with the Mortal Kombat actor on the celebrity dating app Raya in May 2022.

They then met up in Bali in August that year while she was there on holiday.
The pair’s relationship quickly blossomed and before long Lawson introduced her to his kink, requesting that she call him ‘daddy’ while he called her ‘little girl’.
Fina admits she hadn’t heard of the House of Lies actor before they met, but noticed that tourists recognised him.

After their holiday in paradise came to an end, Fina and Lawson stayed in touch and regularly messaged each other pictures and sweet texts – but it was all part of his elaborate ‘web of lies’, she claims.
Among the messages were shirtless pictures of Lawson in bed and the actor professing that their romance was ‘more than a holiday fling’.
In one message, he wrote: ‘The second I saw you in Bali I knew there was something. I just felt connected to you immediately. And when our bodies touched, daddy found his little girl.’

He later confessed that he was new to the ‘daddy dom’ fetish but said he was ‘surprised how much it turned him on’.
Lawson made regular promises that he would meet Fina again, she claims, but these plans never came to fruition.
Fina finally messaged Lawson’s girlfriend Rebecca Moore after realising she had been led on.
Daily Mail Australia has seen messages Lawson sent Fina in which he floats plans to meet up at the Cannes Film Festival and in New York. She also claims he spoke of flying to London from his home on the Gold Coast.

It was only after these plans kept falling through – nearly a year on from their holiday romance – that Fina realised something was amiss.
She told Daily Mail Australia how her heart sunk when she realised Lawson was already in a long-term relationship, after doing some digging on Instagram.
‘It was all a web of lies. I was so consumed with what he was promising me. It was all so super deceptive,’ she said.

Fina said she was so loved up with Lawson that she was looking into careers in Australia so they could be closer together – and that she felt he could be ‘the next person in her life’ after her six-year marriage ended in early 2022.
The social media influencer added that Lawson was ‘super into’ his ‘daddy dom’ fetish and that she didn’t mind going along with it.
