The latest Anupama episode opens with Barkha sharing her concerns with Malti Devi about Toshu’s behaviour. Kinjal, being the gentle soul she is, didn’t intend to leave Baa in such distress. Malti Devi, on the other hand, is assured that Anupama is present to take care of everyone. Barkha, however, informs her that Anupama has declared the Shah residence as a source of consternation. She adds that it is her family, and it is always present in her house, not as a malevolent force but as a constant. Anuj, hearing this, affirms that it cannot possibly be a malevolent entity as it is her family. The episode then moves on to Anupama, a mother grappling with her own grave illness, yet dedicating herself to the care of her sick daughter, Choti.
Given Toshu’s and Kinjal’s inability to manage the household chores, Anupama has to take on the responsibility of looking after her pregnant daughter, Kavya. Anuj, another mother, finds herself unable to assist her daughter due to her pregnancy. Amidst all these, Anupama finds time to cook for everyone and even plans to make parathas for Dimpy. She also manages to arrange for notebooks for Choti and provisions for the family. Anuj, on the other hand, contacts a doctor to handle the situation.
The episode then shifts to Anuj enquiring about Baa’s health status and blood pressure. Anupama, on the other hand, states that Baa’s blood pressure shoots up whenever she worries about Toshu and Kinjal. Anupama also mentions Kavya’s inability to contribute much to the household chores due to her pregnancy.
In the next part of the episode, Anuj suggests Pakhi to stay at the house and look after Babu ji and Baa. In response, Pakhi agrees to help but refuses to be instructed as she is pregnant. Anuj then requests Anupama to look after Pakhi during her recovery.
As the episode progresses, Kavya experiences nausea. She contemplates calling Pakhi for some milk but is distracted by the music. Pakhi, who is listening to music using earbuds, fails to hear Dimpy’s call. When Dimpy confronts her about not answering, Pakhi explains that Anupama sent her to care for them.
