Alex Pike debuted her romance with American plastic surgeon Dr Sachin Shridharani in the past week.
And the pair looked slightly stressed as they flew home from their lavish Noosa holiday on Saturday.
The glamorous cosmetics nurse, 45, and Sachin, who is a plastic surgeon in New York, appeared to be a little tense as they checked into their flight with Pike’s three sons.
It’s unclear what the frustration was about, with the pair seemingly annoyed with all the hustle and bustle as they waited in line at Sunshine Coast Airport.
The exchange was over quickly however, and the couple boarded the plane happily soon after.

Alex all but confirmed the romance rumours with Sachin on Monday when the pair were spotted on their Noosa vacation together.

Shortly after, Alex went Instagram official with the famed plastic surgeon, sharing a sweet selfie with Dr. Shridharani to Instagram on Friday.
The couple looked blissfully in love as a beaming Alex leaned in close to the swanky surgeon for the photo.
Commenting on Pike’s post, Dr. Shridharani gushed, ‘So many amazing moments together.’

Dr. Shridharani recently appeared on Alex’s upcoming podcast, which focuses on plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures.
Alex was previously in a high-profile relationship with AFL star Nathan Buckley, with the pair getting together in early 2021.
They ended the romance for good in January of 2022, with the cosmetic nurse admitting that the pair had gone their separate ways.
Prior to Nathan, Alex was married to businessman Leon Siebel, a renewable energy entrepreneur, whom she shares her sons with.
