She completed her look by wearing a pair of long silver pendulum earrings to match the tassels on her dress.
Alison posed arm-in-arm with her son Aiden, 18, at the event, with the teenager wearing a black suit and some funky yellow and black trainers.
Meanwhile, Alesha posed-up with her husband Azuka Ononye, 42, with the couple having married in 2017.
Azuka, who met Alesha when he was hired as a dancer for her tour in 2006, looked dashing in a black dinner jacket and matching trousers.
He wore a white dress shirt with smart black shoes which each featured a large white bow.
