Al Pacino’s babymama Noor Alfallah was pictured stepping out in Beverly Hills with her mom on Thursday, just a day after news broke that she filed for sole custody of the son she shares with the Scarface actor.
The 29-year-old bared a hint of her toned midriff in a black top, black cargo pants and a matching sweater while leaving high-end dermatology center EPIONE with mom Alana.
She sported a black face mask and wore her raven tresses down. She finalized her look with a pair of sneakers.
Noor held a cellphone in one hand and kept hydrated with a water bottle in the other. Her mom matched in an all-black look as well.
The outing came after she was spotted with the 83-year-old Hollywood star on a dinner date, as his representative furiously denied split rumors to DailyMail.com, stating that they did ‘not split’ and have ‘mutually reached an agreement regarding their son.’

Noor and her mom were side by side as they walked through the parking lot and back to their car.
Meanwhile the night prior Noor and Al proved they are still going strong when they stepped out for a romantic dinner date on Wednesday evening – just hours before news broke that she had filed for full physical custody of their three-month-old son.
Photographers caught the actor and the producer, who first started dating in April 2022 and welcomed their baby boy, named Roman, in June, leaving the celebrity hotspot Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood side by side.
Their outing came amid furious speculation that the pair had split – rumors that were sparked when it was reported that Noor had filed a petition to determine parental rights of their infant son.
However Al’s representatives denied the rumors.
‘Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman,’ they said. ‘They are together. They haven’t split.’
It still remains unclear why Noor filed the court documents regarding their son in the first place.
On Wednesday evening, the couple dined at the lavish eatery together before exiting and getting into her car.

Al stopped to sign a few autographs for some waiting fans through the window of the the vehicle, as his much-younger girlfriend watched on from the driver’s seat.
They seemed in great spirits, smiling as they drove off together. Both dressed in black for the intimate evening.
According to the legal documents, Noor asked for full physical custody of their infant son, but said she wanted the Hollywood legend to have ‘reasonable visitation.’
She said in the docs that she was willing to grant Al joint legal custody of the baby, which would give him a say on matters related to education, religion, medical treatment and more.
It’s not known when the documents were filed, however, their son’s age is listed as three months old in the papers, suggesting they were submitted very recently.
In her legal filing, Noor inserted a document titled ‘voluntary declaration of parentage,’ which both she and Al had signed six days after they welcomed Roman and acknowledged Al’s paternity of the child.
She requested that the movie legend pay for her lawyer fees or any other case-related costs. A specific amount of child support was not stated in the court filing.
The legal docs stated that ‘the court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.’

It was expected that the judge in the case would state an amount based on what Noor asked for in forthcoming hearings, and there was no evidence to indicate that Pacino was opposed to any of the requests.
Al is also a father to three other children with two different women: he shares 22-year-old twins Olivia Pacino and Anton James Pacino with Beverly D’Angelo, as well as daughter Julie Pacino, 33, with Jan Tarrant.
Before she started dating Al, Noor was previously linked to Rolling Stones icon Mick Jagger, 80, and billionaire Nicolas Berggruen, 62.
She was seen out with Tinseltown icon Clint Eastwood, 93, in 2019, but said they were just family friends.
The year before, she was also spotted hanging out with Inglorious Bastards actor Eli Roth, 51, but it’s unclear if they ever dated.
Noor’s 54-year age gap with Al ‘doesn’t seem to be a problem,’ a source told Page Six back in April 2022, when they first got together.
They added that the Kuwaiti-American producer ‘mostly dates very rich older men’ and ‘moves with the wealthy jet-set crowd, and she comes from a family with money.’
Noor is a native of Beverly Hills and attended the UCLA School of Film and Television, later pursuing a career as a producer.

Prior to Roman’s birth in June, mystery surrounded the circumstances of her pregnancy – after claims emerged that the actor had demanded a pre-natal DNA test and that he had been ‘hoodwinked’ by the 29-year-old.
At the time, TMZ reported that Al did not believe the child was his because he had medical issues that would ‘commonly prevent a man from impregnating a woman.’
A source told the outlet that the ‘shocked’ actor had demanded Noor take a prenatal DNA test to ensure the baby was his.
The insider added that she didn’t tell him she was expecting until months into the pregnancy.
They said she ultimately agreed to get the DNA test, and it confirmed he is indeed the father.
Sources also told Showbiz11 that Al thought their relationship was over a ‘long time ago,’ while describing the situation as a ‘mess.’
However, someone close to the couple slammed suggestions that the pregnancy news was anything but blissful to DailyMail.com days later, stating that while Al was ‘surprised’ over the news, he ‘could not be happier’ about the impending arrival.
They also claimed that he and Noor are still very much ‘in love,’ despite their 54-year age gap, and that he had not been kept in the dark about the baby news.

They said the baby was conceived naturally and that Al is ‘still very able.’ They also addressed accusations that Noor is a ‘gold digger,’ calling the claims ‘complete and utter bulls**t.’
‘Not only does Noor come from an extremely wealthy family, but she has also worked to obtain her own wealth,’ they continued.
In early June, Al himself shut down rumors that he was upset about the pregnancy, while gushing about how ‘special’ it was that he was expecting his fourth child.
‘It’s very special,’ he told photographers while out for a walk in LA. ‘It always has been. I’ve got many kids. But this is really special coming at this time.’
