The EA FC 25 Team of the Season promo comes to an end with the Ultimate TOTS, bringing the event’s most valuable cards back for a final victory lap.
Over the past two months, the Team of the Season event has been in full swing, celebrating the players who have lit up the 2024/25 campaign. We’ve been treated to upgraded cards from the world’s biggest leagues, including the Premier League, LaLiga, and Bundesliga.
Now, it’s set to draw to a close with the Ultimate Team of the Season drop, so here’s when it arrives and the players we’re expecting to see.
Ultimate TOTS release date
The Ultimate Team of the Season arrives on Friday, June 6, 2025, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM BST. At this point, the cards will be added to packs, replacing the Saudi, MLS, and Rest of the World squads from the previous week.
They’ll stick around for seven days before the promo finally draws to a close on June 13.
What is Ultimate TOTS?
While every other TOTS release has focused on a specific league, the Ultimate squad picks out the best players from the entire promo and brings them back to packs, giving fans one last chance to earn the strongest cards.
These are selected by EA themselves, and aren’t necessarily chosen by rating. Instead, it’s just a selection of cards that the devs think fans want another opportunity to get, so expect some of the world’s biggest names to be included.
You can also look forward to a host of SBCs and objectives with pack rewards, giving you better odds than ever of pulling a meta card.
Predicted players
Although EA are yet to reveal who will be returning, there are some pretty safe bets who are very likely to get another stint in packs. These tend to be big-name players or meta cards that fans will be desperate to add to their teams.
