Tuesday morning saw the fundraiser’s debut by Marey Hand, Sherry’s mother.

“Hello, my name is Marey Hand. Tristan Sherry, my son, was killed on Christmas Eve. We created this to help with the costs of his funeral during this trying time. We are utterly devastated that this occurred.

He was adored by many and widely known for his passion for motorcycles. He was a wonderful friend, father, brother, and son. We find it unbelievable that life must continue without him,” Hand posted on the page for fundraising.
James Connolly Memorial Hospital is treating the victim, Jason Hennessy Sr. It was stated that his condition was grave. His twentysomething kid was not hurt in the incident.The incident has been denounced by Justice Minister Helen McEntee, who has emphasized the senselessness of the violence around the holidays.
“I regret Blanchardstown’s bloodshed. This Christmas, the human anguish caused by this viciousness is beyond comprehension. It is particularly repulsive that someone may commit acts of violence against families who are gathering together.
She posted on X, “I’m thinking of the bereaved, of those who were there, and of all the emergency service workers who have to deal with this senseless violence tonight and over Christmas.”
Authorities have asked anyone with knowledge to get in touch with local police.
