T.I. and his wife, Tiny, have found themselves at the center of serious allegations after a woman, filing as Jane Doe, accuses the couple of drugging and sexually assaulting her in a lawsuit filed under California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover-Up Accountability Act.
According to TMZ, the plaintiff, claiming to be a former U.S. Air Force member stationed in Los Angeles in 2005, recounts an encounter where she and a friend attended a party at Coolio’s home, meeting an individual referred to as “Caviar,” alleged to be associated with T.I. and Tiny.
The woman alleges that during a night out at a nightclub, Tiny handed her a drink, which she claims to have never seen Tiny sip. After sharing the drink with a friend, T.I. reportedly invited the woman to ride with him and Tiny, leading them to a hotel room where additional women joined them. The accuser further alleges that Tiny removed her clothes in the bathroom, and T.I. joined them in the shower.
Disturbingly, the woman claims she began feeling dizzy in the shower, and T.I. instructed her to lie down. The lawsuit details a distressing scene where Tiny allegedly pinned her down and began grinding on her while T.I. watched explicit material and asked her to rub him down. The allegations take a bizarre turn as the woman claims T.I. penetrated her with his toe, leading to her throwing up.
T.I. and Tiny have vehemently denied the allegations, claiming that the woman missed the deadline for filing the lawsuit. The seriousness of the accusations, combined with the couple’s high-profile status, has sparked intense public interest and concern.
