During a live sales meeting hosted by Mariel Padilla, her husband, Senator Robin Padilla, had his private parts inadvertently exposed.
The incident occurred at a live sales event on September 23, 2023, when Mariel and Robin were promoting dietary supplements that they both endorsed.
In video footage of the live session, Robin can be seen preparing the supplement and shaking it vigorously in a drinking container. Unexpectedly, he leaned forward and it was obvious that he was not wearing any underwear under his abaya, a traditional Muslim robe.
The accidentally exposed video quickly spread across various social media platforms.
PEP.ph reached out to Mariel to get her reaction to the video of her husband being unintentionally exposed.
Mariel responded via Facebook message: “I think na hindi naman kailangan pag-usapan.” So, hindi na kailangan mag-comment pa.
To date, Robin Padilla has not issued a statement or response regarding the incident.
This incident is not the first time Robin Padilla has faced unexpected exposure. In 2011, he publicly apologized for the controversial “boxer shorts” scene that appeared in a documentary about his love story with Mariel.
The documentary titled “Iisang Landas: Ang Kuwentong Pag-Ibig ni Robin at Mariel” is distributed by ABS-CBN. During this time, Robin acknowledged the situation, saying, “I’m going to offend you.” Of course, that wasn’t a problem. But the intensity is tremendous.
