Kelli was a cherished wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. Born on October 18, 1977, to Lois I. and Dana L. Brown of Pittsfield, Maine, she touched the hearts of countless individuals throughout her 46 years. Her warm presence and genuine kindness left an indelible mark on everyone she encountered.

Early Life and Education

Kelli’s educational journey began at Maine Central Institute, where she graduated in 1996. Driven by her passion for nursing, she pursued further studies at Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania, earning her bachelor’s degree. Kelli’s thirst for knowledge led her to Drexel University in Philadelphia, where she obtained her master’s degree in nursing. Her dedication to her field was evident from the start.

Career at Northern Light Health

In 2004, Kelli returned to her roots in Maine and embarked on a fulfilling career with Northern Light Health at Eastern Maine Medical Center. She started as the Clinical Educator of the Cardiac Cath Lab, utilizing her expertise to educate and guide her colleagues. In 2011, Kelli transitioned to the Northern Light Health Information Systems team as a Lead Education Specialist. Her passion for improving healthcare through technology led her to join the newly formed Clinical Informatics team in 2014, where she served as a Senior Clinical Informatics Specialist and later as the Operations Manager. Kelli’s contributions to the field of healthcare informatics were invaluable, and her dedication to her work was unwavering.

Marriage and Family

In 2010, Kelli met Joshua Magoon, the love of her life. Together, they embraced a new chapter filled with hunting, farming, and the joys of rural living. Their love culminated in a beautiful wedding ceremony on September 1, 2012, a day that will forever be cherished by their loved ones. The couple’s happiness multiplied when they welcomed their twin daughters, Robin Lois and Lauren LouAnn, into the world on August 26, 2017. Kelli’s love for her family knew no bounds, and she found immense fulfillment in witnessing her daughters’ growth and accomplishments.

Legacy and Surviving Family

Kelli’s spirit will continue to live on through the memories she created and the lives she touched. She leaves behind her loving husband, Joshua, and their cherished daughters. Kelli is also survived by her father, Dana Brown, and his wife, Irene; her sister and husband, Karen and James Hawkes, and their children, Mitchell and Mabel; her brother and wife, Kevin and Kristen Brown, and their children, Aden and Adley; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, LouAnn and Keith Magoon; and her sister-in-law and husband, Cassandra and Zach Currier, and their daughter, Ryleigh Byrd. Kelli’s presence will be deeply missed by her extended family, including her aunts, uncles, and cousins.
