Paul was born on Thursday, January 18, 1945, in Mandata. He was the son of Lyle N. Clark and Arlene K. (Jones) Clark, both of whom have since passed away. Growing up in a loving family, Paul developed a strong sense of compassion and a passion for helping others.

After completing his education, he pursued a career as a mechanic at Sterman Masser Potatoes. Family and Relationships

Paul was a devoted family man who cherished his loved ones deeply. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Wayne A. Clark. Paul is survived by his loving daughter, Denise L. Murray, and her husband John. He was a proud grandfather to three granddaughters: Kirsten Young and her husband John, Chivon Gerres and her husband Tim, and Kylee Sarango and her husband Solomon. Additionally, Paul was blessed with two great-grandsons, Weston Gerres and Mason Gerres. He is also survived by his brother, Earl Clark, and his wife Connie, as well as his sister, Lena Shoffler, and her husband Donny. Paul’s warm presence and kind-hearted nature will be deeply missed by his nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Funeral Arrangements

A funeral service to honor and celebrate Paul’s life will be held on Friday, December 29, 2023, at eleven o’clock in the morning. The service will take place at the Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Inc. in Valley View, where friends and family can gather to pay their respects. The Reverend Raymond W. Holland, III will preside over the ceremony, offering words of comfort and solace.

Prior to the service, visitation will be held at the funeral home from ten o’clock until eleven o’clock in the morning. Following the service, Paul will be laid to rest at St. Andrew’s Cemetery in Valley View, a peaceful final resting place for a remarkable individual who touched the lives of many.

Paul was a member of Christ Church, Leck Kill, and enjoyed drag racing and working on cars. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Wayne A. Clark. Paul is survived by his daughter Denise L. Murray and her husband John, three granddaughters, two great-grandsons, a brother, a sister, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on December 29, 2023, at Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Inc. in Valley View, with Reverend Raymond W. Holland, III officiating. Visitation will take place prior to the service, and interment will follow at St. Andrew’s Cemetery in Valley View.
