Pat Warren was a familiar face to many, having spent a significant portion of her career covering Annapolis and the legislature. Originally from Canton, Ohio, she joined WJZ in 1992, bringing with her a wealth of professionalism, determination, and sharp, intelligent reporting from her previous experiences in Texas.
Beginning her tenure as a weekend anchor, Pat quickly found her niche in political reporting, demonstrating her accuracy and clarity, regardless of the subject matter. Her skills were particularly well-suited for politics, and she conducted numerous insightful interviews with figures like former Governor Bob Ehrlich.
