Carrying out the impactful work we do here in Montana has always been a dream for my wife and me. We envisioned raising our family in the beautiful town of Bozeman, MT, but two decades ago, the professional job opportunities were quite limited. It warms my heart to know that by delighting our clients and growing our business, we’re not only achieving success but also creating new job opportunities for families who share the same dreams I once had.

My journey has been influenced by my past experiences. I proudly served as the Captain of the Northwestern football team and became a Super Bowl XLI Champion with the 2006 Indianapolis Colts. This background instilled in me the values of teamwork, grit, and leadership. Presently, I serve as a player advisor for the Harvard Football Players Health study, enabling me to contribute to valuable research in my area of passion. To further enhance my business acumen, I earned executive education certifications from Stanford in Strategic Marketing Management and from Harvard Business School in Leading Professional Services Firms.

The greatest joy in my life comes from keeping up with my four pre-teen sons. They keep me on my toes and provide endless inspiration. Additionally, I invest my time in coaching and training young athletes in our community, helping them reach their full potential. This is one of my true passions. You can often find me at the gym, where I recently achieved a significant milestone by bench-pressing 505 pounds at the age of 40. Setting and achieving goals is a lifelong pursuit!

In memory of my late grandfather, I vividly recall a moment when he promised me a two-dollar Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic book if I could conquer the monkey bars 30 times. Despite my hands becoming bloodied and blistered, I pushed through and completed the last three repetitions with sheer determination and heart. This transformative experience revealed the importance of setting goals, embracing grit, and maintaining unwavering determination—qualities that continue to propel me forward in life.
