Horrifying footage shows an angry man shooting and injuring his partner’s son during an argument, before a dramatic stand-off with police ensued.

Kyle W. Spitze, 24, was wounded but survived and escaped, and when SWAT showed up, the gunman, Jeffrey Scott West, 68, Locked himself away in his home in Tennessee.
