As a child, my passion for animation and video games was ignited by the classic Looney Tunes cartoons. The turning point came when my parents brought home a Commodore Vic 20 computer, opening the door to the exciting world of video games. Summers were spent in local arcades, immersed in the latest gaming adventures.
My journey into 3D animation commenced at the Technology Development Center, where a computer-aided design class led me away from schematics to modeling Star Wars droids. This passion redirected my career toward 3D modeling.
My first job was at ArchFX, a visual effects studio. Initially tasked with creating 3D models for housing developments in Oxnard, I later secured an internship at 3D Bob Productions, eventually joining full time. Specializing in motion capture, I collaborated on projects like digitizing maquette models for the Alley McBeal television show.
Transitioning to the gaming industry, I joined Kush Games/2K Sports, contributing to animation, motion capture, and cutscenes for titles like College Hoops, NHL 2K4-2K8, and MLB 2K. Furthering my career at Zindagi Games, I worked on games like Sports Champions and Medieval Moves for the Sony Playstation Motion Controller.
Eager to enhance my skills, I anticipate a future of continuous learning and growth as an animator in the dynamic realms of video games and visual media.
