Currently serving as Executive Vice President, David Hightower has played a pivotal role in the ownership, development, and management of over 6,000 acres of diverse land investments, including commercial, residential, and agricultural developments, throughout his career.
Actively engaged in community and civic affairs, Mr. Hightower contributes his expertise to various boards and committees, focusing on real estate industry issues and community development. His affiliations include serving on the boards of the West Houston Association, the Urban Land Institute – Houston District Council, the Greater Houston Partnership’s Real Estate Advisory Committee, and the Houston Real Estate Council.
In addition, Mr. Hightower is a valued member of prestigious real estate organizations such as the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, NAIOP – The Commercial Real Estate Development Association, Counselors of Real Estate, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and the Houston Association of Realtors. He has represented these organizations on numerous City and County committees, addressing a wide spectrum of issues impacting the real estate sector.
As a founding director and current President of Harris County Improvement District No. 4 (The Energy Corridor District), Mr. Hightower continues to make significant contributions to community development.
Holder of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) designations, Mr. Hightower is not only a licensed real estate broker but also a licensed professional engineer.
His commitment extends beyond the professional realm, evident in his life membership with the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, where he has actively participated in various committees.
