Christopher Nolan’s cinematic masterpiece “Oppenheimer” has won five prestigious Golden Globe Awards. The Universal Pictures production not only won Best Motion Picture-Drama, but also Best Director, Best Male Actor-Drama, Best Male Actor in a Supporting Role, and Best Original Score.

“Oppenheimer,” which will be available exclusively on Peacock beginning February 16th, is a global cinematic phenomenon, grossing nearly $1 billion worldwide. The epic thriller, which lasts 180 minutes, delves into the gripping story of physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer, played by Golden Globe winner Cillian Murphy. Amid a world at war, Oppenheimer becomes the pivotal figure in a high-stakes race against the Nazis to develop the first atomic bomb.

Peacock’s filmography includes notable titles such as Focus Features’ Golden Globe-winning “The Holdovers,” Blumhouse’s blockbuster “Five Nights at Freddy’s,” the top-grossing horror film of 2023, and “The Exorcist: Believer.” The platform’s goal is to provide audiences with a diverse cinematic experience, encompassing genres ranging from comedy and horror to action/adventure and children’s films.

“Oppenheimer” joins Peacock’s impressive lineup, which includes Emily Blunt, Robert Downey Jr., Matt Damon, Florence Pugh, Josh Hartnett, Casey Affleck, Rami Malek, and Kenneth Branagh. The film, based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning book by Kai Bird and Martin J. Sherwin, is a testament to Nolan’s directorial abilities as well as the ensemble cast’s outstanding performances.
