A teacher whose extracurricular activities included producing offensive content and selling it online has been suspended after her pupils discovered the images. Brianna Coppage was placed on leave Wednesday (Sept. 27) after being interviewed by two administrators on the St. Clair High School team. Access to school email and other software blocked after student disclosure.
The 28-year-old, who went by the pseudonym Brinley Love, created adult content on a number of adult websites, but the teacher said she had expected it. Despite Brianna’s achievements outside of the classroom, she believes one day someone will know about it.
Now, the teacher no longer has to deal with “dark clouds over her head” because her racy photos and sales have been discovered by her students. A statement from the school’s principal confirmed she had been suspended.
“There was always a dark cloud hanging over my head, and I never knew when I was going to be found,” Brianna told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. “Then, about two weeks ago, my husband and I were told People found out about this. So I knew this day would come.
Brianna thought her side business might have been in trouble after she and her husband appeared in a video with two adult stars with huge followings.
Schools Superintendent Kyle Crews confirmed that the district “was recently notified that an employee may have posted inappropriate media on one or more Internet sites.” The school has since sought legal advice.
Crews confirmed, “The district has retained legal counsel to conduct a comprehensive investigation into this matter. Actions taken as a result of the investigation will be consistent with board policy and the direction of legal counsel.”

Brianna has taught freshmen and sophomores at the college level and provided courses to first and sophomore students. On top of her school salary, she earns between £6,500 ($8,000) and £81,000 ($10,000) a month.
Brianna added, “(The district said) they haven’t made a decision yet, but I’m just putting the pieces together so I don’t come back. I’m well aware that I may never teach again, but I know I’m taking this risk. I feel bad about this. I miss my students.
