On November 27, 2023, the vibrant spirit of Bobby Joseph Blanski, aged 39, departed from this world in Alexandria, Minnesota. Born on July 9, 1984, in Robbinsdale, Minnesota, Bobby’s journey through life was marked by adventure and an unyielding zest for living.
Hailing from the Twin Cities, Bobby’s boundless energy and enthusiasm defined his early years. As a proud member of the Totino-Grace High School football team in Fridley, he embraced the camaraderie of sports, leaving an indelible mark on his high school years.
Post-graduation, Bobby ventured into the captivating realm of modeling, starting his career in Los Angeles and later relocating to the bustling streets of New York City. Renowned brands like IZOD and Abercrombie sought him out, and his unique charm and style made him a sought-after model across various fashion capitals worldwide.
Beyond the glitz and glamour, Bobby found solace in the great outdoors. An avid hunter and fisherman, he discovered tranquility in nature’s embrace. Committed to a healthy lifestyle, Bobby prioritized regular exercise, reflecting his deep self-care philosophy. His canine companion, Kaz, shared in his active lifestyle and held a special place in Bobby’s heart.
Bobby’s departure leaves an irreplaceable void in the hearts of family and friends. He is survived by his mother, Lori (Gary), and father, Chuck (Carol) Blanski; sisters Calleigh (Jared) Paine and Molly (Connor) Gleason; brother Charlie Blanski; grandmother, Mary Lou Moll; his niece, Allison; nephew, Gavin; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends whose lives were touched by his presence.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents: Vern Moll; June & Gene Blanski.
To honor Bobby Joseph Blanski’s life, visitation services will be held at Anderson Funeral Home on December 3, 2023, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Further visitation will take place on December 4, 2023, at Calvary Lutheran Church from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. The burial will be at Kinkead Cemetery.
Bobby’s legacy lives on through the love, laughter, and enduring spirit he shared with the world. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to “Save the Brays Donkey Rescue” or a charity of your choice in memory of Bobby Joseph Blanski.
