Sir Yacht has done some bizarre food challenges over the years, but he’s taking on his greatest challenge yet: He’s visiting every Buc-ee’s in existence. For some reason.
This YouTuber has a history of taking on some bizarre food challenges purely to make content, with he himself admitting that taking on these challenges is probably a bad idea.
For instance, one format he does is spending 24 hours eating at one restaurant, forcing himself to eat a meal every hour. Things get rough by the end.
However, he’s taking on his biggest challenge yet: A 15 day voyage to every Buc-ee’s in the country, hitting all 54 spots as fast as he can.
YouTuber travels to every Buc-ee’s for charity
Though he’s only in the first leg of his journey, Sir Yacht is making decent pace. He on Day 3 and has hit 5 locations so far, planning to hit 4 locations in one day on June 15. In order to hit 54 Buc-ee’s in 2 weeks, he’ll have to hit an average of 3.85 locations a day. He’s currently a bit behind.
However, this is partially due to the distribution of Buc-ee’s. It’s a regional gas station chain, so he’ll have to start hitting several locations a day once he gets into places where there are more locations.
The distribution is laid out on his chart, with him having to hit 11 Buc-ee’s in one day on June 18. At least he won’t have to worry about running out of gas.
He’s also run into fans at each location, using the opportunity to meet them on his “world tour”.
7,000 of the 8,500 miles travelled this trip will by car, with the rest being from a flight used to try and speed up the process and reduce distance between locations.
He’s using this trip to try and raise $10k for charity, specifically his local animal shelter in Ohio, which is why so many of his viewers are coming with their pets to meet him.
While he’s on track right now, it remains to be seen if he can complete the full trip within the 15 days he has allotted.
