The MC Studio LevelUp Gamer’s Experience has picked the popular Ibis Styles Nairobi Hotel in Westlands as the venue for its event set for Saturday, September 28, 2024.
According to a press release obtained by Viral Tea, the decision to pick the hotel, which offers a contemporary, stylish stay with an emphasis on comfort, sustainability, and local culture, was informed by its vision to create lasting experiences for the rising gaming community.

Although it may not be as popular as traditional sports, esports is gaining momentum, from diverse gaming models, innovative content development and dynamic relationships with the creative economy.

This year’s event formerly scheduled for Baobox on 7th September will now be held at Ibis Styles, Rhapta Road Westlands, a dynamic space that perfectly aligns with our vision of creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for our community,” read the press release in part.

The LevelUp Gamer’s Experience is a full-day event designed to celebrate and empower the gaming community in Kenya and across Africa.
“Join us on Saturday, September 28th, 2024, for a series of panels, workshops, and interactive sessions that will dive deep into gaming content creation, game development, and the synergy between these innovative fields,” added the statement.
The experience will also see the showcasing of snippets and character teasers from Shadow Walkers which is a game adaptation the studio is diligently working on.
