A Los Angeles fertility clinic popular with stars including Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton and Chrissy Teigen is facing a major lawsuit.
Dr. Andy Huang of Reproductive Partners Medical Group, a clinic known for helping celebrity clients grow their families, is accused of “wrongfully discarding 16” embryos from one couple.
In a statement provided to DailyMail.com by Peiffer Wolf, the former patients allege they “may” no longer be able to have children because their embryos were reportedly discarded by the clinic.
The couple plans to file their lawsuit in Los Angeles on Tuesday and go public with their story for the first time.
The couple, whose identities are unknown, are not public figures.

They are represented by attorney Adam Wolf, partner at Peiffer Wolf.
According to his profile on his firm’s website, Wolf has handled and resolved “a significant number of claims from clients who have suffered the devastating loss of their embryos and eggs.”
During his career, the University of Michigan law graduate has represented more than 1,000 clients against their fertility centers and founded his firm’s embryo loss practice group.
Dr. Huang previously appeared on Keeping Up With the Kardashians and helped Kim deliver her three youngest children, whom she shares with ex-husband Kanye West.
Kim also introduced Hilton, her younger sister Khloé and hairstylist Jen Atkin to Huang, who Kardashian previously described as the “IVF magician.”
In a 2017 episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe received an ultrasound of her uterus at Huang’s office, which was filmed for the reality series.
At the appointment, she received disappointing news. Huang told her, “There are fewer hair follicles than I would expect in a normal 32-year-old.”
And in 2020, she was featured on the doctor’s YouTube channel, where he discussed egg freezing with her.
The doctor also participated in an interview for Fashion in 2019 about fertility, in which his office was described as open “seven days a week” and Huang’s desk was covered with cards from patients with notes like “Thank you. Our hearts are full. My hero.”

Kim introduced her longtime friend Paris Hilton and her younger sister Khloé to Huang, who she previously described as the ‘IVF magician’
Dr. Huang specializes in gynecology, reproductive endocrinology, and infertility. He attended Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, where he received his MA, MD, and Masters in Business Administration, Health Management.
According to his website, he has also published numerous journal articles and textbook chapters “with an emphasis on stem cell development, endometriosis and infertility, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).”
While it’s unknown if Huang is the doctor Paris ultimately chose for her surrogacy, the socialite revealed on The Trend Reporter with Mara podcast in January 2021 that Kim recommended her doctor and suggested she try IVF.
‘[Kim was the one] “Who told me that,” said the entrepreneur. “I didn’t know anything about it.”
She added: “I’m glad she gave me that advice and introduced me to her doctor.”

The Paris: The Memoir author revealed that she and her then-boyfriend Carter were considering having twins, a boy and a girl, and had already undergone the egg retrieval.
“We did IVF, so I can choose to have twins if I want,” she said. “I’ve already had the egg retrieval procedure. It was tough, but I knew it would be worth it. I’ve done it a few times.”
The couple have a son, Phoenix, and a daughter, London, whom they welcomed in November 2023.
