As Bon Jovi and his team were working on the video shoot, which took place on the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge overlooking the Cumberland River, they noticed a woman standing precariously on the edge of the bridge, her arms wrapped around the railing. The police department praised Bon Jovi’s actions, with Chief John Drake stating, “It takes all of us to help keep each other safe.”
