Lauren Goodger has admitted she ‘has no one’ and opened up about the crippling loneliness she is experiencing following the death of her daughter Lorena.
The 37-year-old TOWIE star gave birth to her second daughter in July 2022, but the little one tragically passed away just minutes after birth with her umbilical cord around her neck.
In the two years since Lorena’s death, Lauren – who has also experienced other traumas, including the death of her ex Jake McLean and the split from her daughters’ father, Charles Drury – claims friends and family have “disappeared” from her life.
And speaking in a candid interview with Paul C Brunson about his We need to talk podcast This week Lauren described the struggles she faces in her life with only her two-year-old daughter Larose by her side, saying: ‘She’s all I have’.
The TV personality also admitted that she believes she is “100%” suffering from depression, and spoke about her lack of emotional support during her traumas.

During the conversation, Lauren burst into tears as she talked about Lorena’s death and the impact it had on her life.
When asked how she was coping with the loss of Lorena, Lauren responded through tears, “Larose, because she’s all I have. She’s literally all I have and she’s the only person I love.”
Lauren, who also spoke in the chat about the forced abortion she endured, went on to say that she never cries in front of others and that she always tries to keep her emotions inside.
Paul then touched on how ‘lonely’ Lauren is, with the emotional star admitting: ‘I used to have a lot of people, now I don’t have anyone and I don’t know why. My life has gotten worse and worse and on top of that it’s like life is stressful. I’m not left alone.
After discussing the financial struggles she was having, Lauren said, “I’m still going to keep going, but how long am I going to keep this up? How am I going to get through this? Because I don’t have a choice.”
Lauren went on to say that she will never let her daughter Larose see how unhappy she is. She pretends to be a happy mother and enjoys days out with her little girl.
She added: “I have no friends.”
Certified life coach Paul then discussed the five stages of trauma and noted that depression is one of them. Lauren admitted that she felt depressed.

She said, ‘You know what, I’ve never had depression in my life, but I do suffer from it, I think, 100%.’
In the podcast, Paul also spoke about the need for emotional support from family and friends to help people through trauma. Lauren said, “I don’t have that support.”
“I’m trying, but it’s really hard. There are friends, but they’re not there. I’m trying. My daughter’s friends, because she’s going to kindergarten, I started talking to their mothers.”
Although the other parents came over to play with her daughter, Lauren confessed that she was worried they wouldn’t “accept” her because she was “different,” but stressed that she was “trying to build a new life.”
Lauren went on to talk about the lack of support in her life, discussing the hernia she suffered from last month and how she hasn’t had any visitors due to her painful injury.
“I just had a hernia and no one has come by to check on me yet,” she explained.
“Life is hard, but it’s going to be okay because this is me and I will get through it.”

In the podcast, Paul also spoke about the need for emotional support from family and friends to help people through trauma, with Lauren noting: “I don’t have that.” “I try, but it’s really hard. There are friends, but they’re not there.”
During the conversation, Lauren talked about how she moved through her grieving period for her daughter Larose “quickly.” She also said that she now wants “normalcy” in her life.
Talking about her love life, she added: ‘I’ve never been with anyone because I’m not ready. Because I still have to work on myself, it has to be good for Larose, and I’m Lauren too. I need that, I need to be in love.
“If I can’t get it from my family and friends, I’m going to have to create a new home unit. So I think I need to be ready to start dating.”
This comes after Lauren revealed last month that she feels abandoned by her family and friends after ‘everyone’ disappeared from her life following the tragic death of her daughter Lorena.
Lauren, who is also mother to two-year-old Larose, says her support network dwindled as time went on and she has never felt more alone.
Narrate OK!: ‘As time goes on, after what I went through when I lost Lorena, people think, “Oh, it’s been two years, she’s OK.” But it’s actually worse because you get lonelier. I’ve never been so lonely in my life.’
Lauren says she has lost touch with close friends and explains that while her parents don’t see Larose as often as she would have liked, her older sister Nicola is the one who is always there to support her.
It comes after Lauren revealed last month that she feels abandoned by her family and friends after ‘everyone’ disappeared from her life following the tragic death of her daughter Lorena.
She also shared how she gets help from her ex and father of both daughters, Charles Drury, 27, with whom she co-parents, but he lives three and a half hours away.
He told the publication: ‘Nobody is stepping down, people have been DMing me on Instagram saying, ‘The exact same thing happened to me, once I had this loss. [losing a baby] “Everyone’s gone.” I don’t know what it does to people, but they take a step back, they don’t take a step forward.
She also said she is getting help from her ex and father of both daughters, Charles Drury, 27, with whom she co-parents, but he lives a three-and-a-half hour drive from her home in Essex.
Say: ‘He is not available in case of emergency. I meet him twice a week [to pick Larose up and drop her off] halfway’.
