The Real Housewives of Orange County personality is recovering from multiple cosmetic surgeries, including a brow lift, CO2 laser and blue peel.
On Monday, September 2, she shared an update on Instagram with her nearly two million followers.
She posted a close-up video showing her cracked and peeling face, writing in the caption, “So, today is actually day three – taking it one step at a time… literally. Happy birthday.”
She also posted a message looking her best in a bare white outfit and her face fully made up, writing: ‘365 more days around the sun.’

Her video clip, which showed Judge resting in bed, began with her saying, “Hey guys. Just wanted to give you an update.
‘For some reason I thought yesterday was day three, but it’s actually today.’
She added: ‘This is the worst day of all and it happens to be on my birthday.’
Tamra wore a light pink, long-sleeved T-shirt with the word “homebody” written on it in black capital letters.
She told her fans, “Sophia gave me this shirt,” referring to her 18-year-old daughter with ex Simon Barney.
She turned to show off her plump cheek and admitted: “The swelling is pretty bad,” adding: “The doctor wanted to give me a course of steroids today but [my husband] Eddie went to pick it up, but the pharmacy is closed today.’
She said she would do it tomorrow.
The Bravo personality said she was feeling a little better today and was able to take a shower.

Tamra also shared that she used to get headaches from noise, but now she can watch TV again.
Part of the footage also showed the star walking around her kitchen to get some steps in.
The post came after she shared an update on Sunday in which she told her followers her skin felt like it was “going to crack.”
“I don’t know how it can get worse. You can see it getting slimy. I can barely open my eyes,” she shared at the time.
