“We’ve been sleeping in separate rooms for about 10 years, long before we got married and long before we had children,” she said in a previous issue of Stellar.

Edwina added that she initially “hated” the idea of ​​separate bedrooms, but soon realised it worked best for both of them.

Last year, she entered into a long-distance relationship with her husband after he left home to become a farmer.

“My husband lives in the country with the dog and I live in the city with the kids. Every weekend we go back and forth between the two or meet somewhere in the middle,” the TV star explained.

“I’m so conscious of giving my daughter the message that she should be proud of her body and have her own identity,” she explains.

“She leaves the house in the craziest outfits. She’s at an age where you just don’t care what other people think of you anymore, and that’s so amazing. I’ve learned so much from that and I want to give her so much of that back.”

Edwina stressed the importance of being aware of her own language and behaviour regarding body image, as this has a direct impact on her children.
